4. Cancellations & Changes

• Participant Cancellation: Once registered, no cancellation or refund will be entertained from the participant’s end.
  
  
• Event Cancellation by Sportena Academy: In case of an event being postponed or cancelled due to weather, government regulations, or other unforeseen issues, Sportena Academy may offer an alternative date or partial refund at its discretion.
